10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday
All persons entering the theatre must be in possession of a ticket to present to an usher at the door for that day’s performance and show time.
Totem Pole buildings and grounds are not monitored or staffed one hour after curtain close; patrons choosing to remain in the park do so at their own risk.
Print your tickets at home and the tickets can be in your hands today! Email is the default delivery option for your tickets unless you select another option. After you complete your order, tickets are emailed to you as an attached PDF file. At your own convenience, simply open the PDF file and print your tickets. The tickets that come out of your computer are valid, legitimate tickets. When you come to the event, just show your printed tickets to an usher at the door.
Your tickets will be waiting for you at the box office located in front of the theatre. Just be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance and provide the box office staff with your name and order confirmation number. You may also be asked to provide a valid ID to claim your tickets.
Your order will be mailed to the shipping address you specify at the time of your order. The package you receive will contain hard copies of your tickets. These must be brought to the event(s). Please allow six business days for delivery.

Otherwise, if at the last minute you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them in as a contribution to Totem Pole Playhouse. The value of the donated tickets is tax-deductible and acknowledged by mail. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation.
Latecomer/No Show Policy
Any unclaimed tickets 20 minutes after the start of showtime will be released for resale.
Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, and may have to watch on a video monitor in front of the box office until intermission.
Children and Live Performances
Children under the age of 5 are not admitted to Totem Pole Playhouse. Children of all ages are admitted to our children’s and theatre camp public performances. Please carefully consider whether a performance is appropriate for your child before planning to attend. Disruptive patrons, including children, will not be allowed to remain in the theatre.
Food and Drink
No outside food or drink is permitted inside the theatre. We ask patrons to unwrap or remove candy or gum from wrappers before the performance so as not to distract the performers or anyone seated around you.
No smoking (tobacco or other substances) or vaping is permitted within 25 feet of the box office, bathroom, patio, or any door.
Patrons who require the assistance of a service animal must notify the box office before attending a performance. Our wheelchair and companion seats are designated for patrons with service animals. No non-service animals are permitted in the theatre.
Totem Pole Playhouse is fully accessible for mobility impaired patrons. Our walkways and aisles provide enough space for the passage of walkers and wheelchairs.
Totem Pole Playhouse has several spaces designated for handicapped parking.
Totem Pole Playhouse is wheelchair accessible. Please view our seating chart for wheelchair seating locations. Patrons who require assistance are encouraged to arrive early and ask an usher for assistance before a performance.
Assisted Hearing Devices
Free infrared assisted listening devices are available at the box office prior to the performance by exchanging a license or credit card. No advance reservations for assisted listening devices are required.
Photography, audio and video recording inside of the theatre is never allowed as it is a distraction to those around you and a danger to the performers. We do not permit photos or audio and video recording of the stage before, during, or after any performance as it is prohibited by law. Patrons who violate this policy will be asked to delete photos/video/audio from cameras and electronic devices or will be required to relinquish all photos/video/audio. During a performance, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the staff.
Mobile phones and electronic devices
Please silence or turn off all electronic devices, including cell phones, beepers, tablets, and watch alarms. We encourage you to share your experience at the Totem Pole Playhouse via social media, but please refrain from doing so or texting during performances; the glow from your device is distracting to the performers and the patrons seated around you.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found articles are kept in the Box Office for 30 days. Please contact the Box Office at (717) 352-2164 option 1 to inquire about lost items.
The exit indicated by a red exit sign nearest to the seat you occupy is the shortest route to the outside. In the event of fire or other emergency, please walk to that exit; please do not run. Patrons using wheelchairs should use the house lower left or right entrance.
Inclement Weather Policy
If a performance is cancelled, we will try to move patrons to another performance subject to availability, otherwise we will refund ticket charges.
If patrons are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather, we will try to move patrons to another performance (subject to availability), but there will be no refunds if a performance is not cancelled.
